There is no comparison chart for USER EXPERIENCE!!

I am sick of hearing about the next great device that’s coming out that is going to unseat the iPhone from its current throne as the best smartphone out there.

Recently it’s been the Motorola Droid, which is powered by Android.

I came across this article yesterday on Mashable displaying a comparison chart of the major players in the smart phone arena. Mashable was playing it as iPhone vs Droid.

A nice little feature checklist… pricing… WHO CARES?!?!?

Where is the chart that compares user experience?? Every single non-iPhone device I’ve used is absolutely sub-par when it comes to user experience. The Palm Pre, any android phone, blackberry devices (do I even dare mention windows mobile??)… all of them cannot match the superior EXPERIENCE offered by the iPhone.

No phone has a chance of beating out the iPhone until they figure out how to make the entire ecosystem of the phone (design, apps, sycning, music, video etc etc) as smooth or better than the Apple handset. Period.

I heartily agree with Mr. Huckabee:

There will be an outcry from those on the right who will say that Obama’s nomination, made two weeks into his Presidency, is impossible to justify but I think such an outcry will sound like right-wing whining. The better response is simply to allow those on the left to explain what he did in his first two weeks as President that merited such recognition.

Looking for some roommates

I have a 3bd (plus a den) 2bath house in North Fort Worth and I am looking to rent out at least two of the bedrooms to some good, trustworthy people.

The rooms are roughly 12x13 (I think) w/shared bathroom. Rent for one room would be $500/month which will include all the utilities (water,electricity,garbage,internet..except TV which I don’t currently have. If you want TV we can talk about adding it).

You would need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom. The main living area of the house is sparsely furnished (sofa, chair, coffeetable, piano)

You would have full access and use to the house, kitchen, living areas etc.

I do have a 3yr old male boxer that you would need to get along with. Reduced rent for people willing to take care of him if I travel. Reduced rent for people who are super handy around the house. Reduced rent for people who set up a recurring paypal subscription for rent.

I would also let you have the master bedroom (which is HUGE, has it’s own bathroom, walk-in closet, shower + garden tub) for $800/month utils included.
